Scholarship Help Please

Could I have your help in giving away a Super Thinking + Spanish scholarship?

On Christmas Eve I opened up applications for a scholarship to our January 16-17-18, 2015 Super Thinking + Spanish Course in Mount Dora, Florida.  I asked applicants to send a 200 word description of why they wish to attend and what they would do with the knowledge gained.  We received four applications and I would appreciate your vote from which applicant should receive the scholarship.  One full scholarship will be given to the applicant  who receives the most votes from readers.

Here are the applications.

#1:  I very much would like to attend the Super Thinking + Spanish course on the scholarship.  I voluntarily retired from my profession three years ago when I realized that memory issues were interfering with my ability to address the concerns of my clients.  I’ve since been given the clinical diagnosis of early onset mild cognitive impairment, after clinical testing, brain scans and spinal taps.  My doctor told me little could be done other than getting regular exercise, eating “healthy” (as defined by USDA guidelines), and taking prescription drugs.

I’ve been a reader of yours for at least ten years and really enjoy your emails concerning nutrition. I ordered books on Amazon about early onset cognitive impairment and consulted a local nutritionist for advice.  For the past three years, I’ve ingested three tablespoons of coconut oil daily, avoided high carb foods, incorporated turmeric, cinnamon, nuts and berries, and lots of protein into my diet, and taken many vitamin supplements including, but not limited to, krill oil and other omega three’s, Vinpocitine, L-Carnitine, Vitamins D3, B6, B12, E, Alpha Lipoic Acid. I also train 4-6 times weekly on Lumosity, and play puzzle games and board games. I have just started to learn Mah Jong.

My cognitive functioning has improved greatly.  My friends agree.  I would like to return to work in the coming year. I have several friends who are substitute teaching in schools attended mostly by Spanish speaking children.  I was planning to apply for such position in January.  Then, I opened your email this morning!  Needless to say, the course could fit in with those plans and compliment the three years of Spanish that I took in high school, along with my experiences to speak the language while traveling to South and Central America.

I believe that the Super Thinking + Spanish combination would be a good challenge, but I have not been able to afford the tuition.  I am 61 years old and have been living on my 401K accounts and what is left of an inheritance left by my father and mother.  These funds are diminishing, but I do have an older motor home that I could use to get to Florida. I could live in it while I am there.  I may also be able to share my experience with other attendees, including the use of coconut oil which I feel is the primary thing, along with Alpha Lipoic Acid, that caused my improvement.

I don’t know what the circumstances are of the others and don’t wish to take up a position that someone else may also need.  I just ask to be considered and thank you for the opportunity.

#2: One simple yet powerful word to describe why I entered and hope to win the Super Thinking  plus Spanish scholarship is transformation.

I’m 47, live in Colorado and I’ve reached another significant turning point. This new chapter in the book of my life is very different than the one now coming to a close. I had moved to Colorado from Connecticut when I was 31. The adventures with new friends extended across this beautiful state on ski slopes, biking trails, and rocky mountain summits.

I believe however that we all have transitional points where we strive for change as part of the natural cycle of life. For some, change is minimal as others reinvent themselves totally. Personally, I’m leaving behind some long standing relationships that no longer serve either party. I’m leaving behind a career and business I’ve built while I set off to learn, grow and unplug from the reality in which I’m currently immersed. My plans in the New Year take me to Peru, Ecuador and maybe Costa Rica as well. I’m embracing this at times difficult transformation and recognize that Super Thinking and Spanish couldn’t come at a better time for me!

#3: Under the Radar Screen. We  live in a very small town in rural Montana, an area that most would categorize as “the middle of nowhere”.   The winters can be brutal, and the summers short.   This area is primarily agricultural (ranching), and thus we attract many seasonal farm workers from Mexico.

We have a small library in town, and I’m a volunteer there.  A couple years ago, I met a Hispanic looking woman in the library, accompanied by a man who seemed to be very dominant.  She was extremely introverted and did not speak English.  I suspected that she was in an abusive relationship, and after a little due diligence, my suspicions were confirmed.   She has since disappeared, and no one seems to know what happened to her.  And, the man I saw her with has died, so not able to answer questions.

Even though I studied Spanish in high school, to this day, I regret that I wasn’t able to recall enough of the language to reach out to this woman.

I think this Spanish course might help me be a link in my community between the farm workers (who tend to be nameless transients to locals) and the ranch owners.

#4:  Twas the night before Christmas, and while lying in bed,
I had visions of travel dancing in my head.

But at age 67, and retired to boot,
What became quite apparent was my grave lack of loot!

Oh, I’d scrimped and I’d saved and I’d worked all those years,
Survived in-laws and outlaws, and overcome fears.

Yet retirement’s not in the cards, so it seems…
And frankly, I’ve still got some goals and some dreams.

So while glancing at email before resting my head,
I read with delight what Gary Scott said. ☺

Well, I jumped from my bed and ran straight to the sink.
(To write a great letter, I’d need something to drink!)

With a large glass of water, and the quiet of the night,
I sat at the keyboard and started to write.

For six years and counting I’ve been reading E L,
And dreaming myself of such travels and… well,

Here was my chance to learn Spanish and speak it!
(I move to Costa Rica next month, and I’ll need it!!)

I promised my Maker to take care of His flock,
(He takes great care of me and is truly my Rock!)

So my plan is to work with the children down there,
Especially the ones who don’t get the best care.

And it matters not if they’re old or they’re young,
I’d just like to speak in their native tongue.

So I pray, as you read this, you’ll feel what I feel.
And you’ll know that my heart and desire is real.

To avail of this course will bring joy and delight,
But for now, my dear friends, I must bid you ‘Good night’.

Christmas Eve – Spanish Scholarship

We have as a Christmas Eve gift a Super Thinking + Spanish Scholarship worth $699.

christmas tree

We send our best wishes for Happy Holidays from our home to yours.

Our Super Thinking + Spanish Course teaches how to communicate in Spanish in three days.

One big benefit of speaking Spanish is that you can earn more money.  A number of studies have shown that speaking a second language can increase your earnings.  The U.S. Government and U.S. Military and even the CIA offer increases in pay for speaking more languages.

The biggest benefit is the Super Thinking ability.  We live in a hectic, fast paced world that is bombarded by so much phony information that it is hard to keep up. Learning the state of relaxed concentration is vital to success in everything we do.  When we can think clearly and reduce stress…. we accomplish with wondrous results.

Our mobile, multi – culture world often leaves us surrounded with strangers… even at work and in the neighborhood.  Getting together with like minded souls who have a common purpose is fun and the contacts we make can really kick start a new lifestyle.

With clear minds and good contacts gained at our courses and the ability to speak Spanish, success comes much more easily.

This is why we offer a full scholarship to someone at each of our courses.   Here is how the program works.

If you wish to apply for a scholarship to our January 16-17-18, 2015 Super Thinking + Spanish Course in Mount Dora, Florida send in 200 words or less with why you wish to attend and what you would do with the knowledge you gain.  I’ll post these anonymously (no one will ever know who wrote each application so you can write freely) and let readers vote who they feel best deserves each scholarship.  One full  scholarship will be given to the person who receives the most votes from readers.

If you receive the scholarship, the entire $699 fee will be waived (or $899 if a couple is awarded the scholarship).

We hope to see you this January… either as a delegate or with your scholarship.

Your Help Required

Your help is required to make an impossible choice.

For this assistance I have two videos here that can change your life in a most positive way.

samurai-video

The first video shows that you can refuse to accept the tyranny of reason that modern education tries to impose.  Let me explain.

Our Super Spanish program has been growing nicely because so many people are like me… incapable of conjugating verbs or understanding past present and plu perfect tenses (and whatever!) etc.

It seems quite ironic… earning a good living and fulfilled life… as a writer since I failed at grammar and could never diagram a sentence in school. I still get confused about things other than a rumor that you can’t end sentences with certain parts of speech and Winston’s Churchill’s comment about that…. “This is the sort of English up with which I will not put.”

Even funnier is the fact that I teach Spanish when my two years of  high school Latin were total abysmal failures.  The minute a teacher says something like… “Latin verbs have four main patterns of conjugation. As in a number of other languages, most Latin verbs have an active voice and a passive voice. There also exist deponent and semi-deponent Latin verbs (verbs with a passive form but active meaning), as well as defective verbs (verbs with a perfect form but present meaning)”… my mind has totally freaked out.  Semi deponent what?

If you have a passion… pursue it!   The heck with what education says we can and cannot do.   I love to write and have always enjoyed the process so I just sat down and did it… the English teachers be damned.   Do not let anyone tell you why you cannot turn your passion into profit.  You do not have to accept the tyranny of their reason.

Writing and speaking languages are experiential not educational processes.  The way to get good at them is to then create first… study second.

I receive many emails like this one a reader sent last week:  Gary,  I have taken 3 Spanish classes here in Cuenca, and a private teacher for 3 months. Not to mention the Pimsler program, and I lived in Mexico for a year as a kid. But i still can’t speak well enough to be confident. I believe it is because everyone teaches the same way. I have also taken and dropped out of 4 college Spanish classes within the 1st month. (doesn’t look good on my transcript, and i am a 3.8 student and on the honor roll – that was just last semester in the US).  There is nothing worse than trying hard to learn something when it isn’t taught correctly.  Thank you.

Most Spanish courses teach you Spanish grammar.  Super Thinking + Spanish teaches communication.

Super Thinking courses teach how to be smarter so you can absorb, retain and recall information.   Second, the course teaches how to communicate in Spanish.    You can start talking from the very first day and making sentences. Studies have shown that talking is the ONLY way to perfect speaking Spanish.   Speaking a language like writing is not like memorizing a poem.  These skills are learned in the same way as riding bikes.  The process to perfection is experiential not educational.  You learn by doing… not studying.

You can do it.  We have abilities far beyond what we are taught in school.  We do not have to let the tyranny of reason deny us our destiny.  Here is proof.

samurai

When, in the state of relaxed concentration, we tap into the higher intelligence that we all possess.  An example of the human ability is shown in this 3 minute video on relaxed concentration.

This video sent to me by our pronunciation coach, Don Childs, shows a modern day samurai, Isao Machii who can have a pellet fired at him from  70 ft away and draw his sword and cut the pellet into two pieces on the fly.

A scientist in the video explains “This is about processing on an entirely different sensory level,  he is not visually processing it, this is a different level of anticipatory processing”.

A normal person would take 3 tenths of a second to process the sound of the gun and by the time that he started to draw the sword, the pellet would have past them.

Watch this video and look at the samurai’s face.  He is in a state of complete awareness and knows what the path of the pellet will be in the future and acts to intercept it. He becomes pure action. He is tuned in at the universal level…  just as our delegates do in Super Spanish.

If you missed last week’s message here is a ten minute video of Don Childs with me showing how to get started creating Spanish sentences right now.

Application #1:

Hello! I was SO excited to read about the possibility of getting a full scholarship to a Super Thinking/ Spanish Course.  The course I am most interested in is November 2-3-4 in Florida. I have a very limited income, but with a full scholarship and my sister watching my son, I will be able to pay for transportation to Florida as well as other small expenses that might not be covered.

Here’s my story (short version):
I am hoping to move with my son to Ecuador within the next 2 years and thus far know very little spanish.  I am even more excited to learn the Lozanov system!! It will change my life dramatically to be able to think clearly, learn efficiently, and be able to retain more information! I am a single mother of a wonderful 9.5 year old boy who deserves my best, but I’ve been struggling with depression for 12 or so years, and living with a “heavy fog” on my brain, making it extremely difficult to concentrate, remember, and manage stress. I have not been taking depression medication as I feel meds only mask or numb the problem. I truly believe that with new super-thinking strategies, I will overcome my depression and really feel motivated and alive again! It’s time to use all of my great creative ideas for good cause!  I wish to impact the world, at least small communities, in an exciting positive way and I believe in giving back whenever and where ever I can!  Please please please consider me for a scholarship!  Thank you for your time!

Application #2:

I would like to apply for your scholarship program for the March, Mt Dora Super thinking/ Spanish workshop.  I am a missionary working for a small, non-denominational organization called Issa International.  I have been on a medical sabbatical for over a year with a blood clot on my brain.  I have just this month been released by the doctors to go back to work. I work in Tanzania, Cuba and Ecuador.  Knowing how to speak Spanish at least conversationally would greatly enhance my work.  I have always relied on translators in my work (except for Tanzania because I speak Swahili).  But I now work more in the Spanish speaking countries and our budget has taken a serious downturn during my illness.  It would help me get back on my feet if I could attend a workshop and return to the field a Spanish conversant.   Thank you for considering my application.  God’s blessings on you both.

Application #3:

Since my return in 2009 from a year working abroad in India, I have been lost. I had spent everything on a B.F.A. in graphic design and realized I did not want a career in advertising.  I could not blindly create while so many starve, pollution grows and more and more trees are cut down.

Scraping by on $400-$800 a month, I have finally found what I can to do. I am selling my car, saving every ounce and heading to Costa Rica in January 2013 to gain a Permaculture Design Certificate. “Permaculture is an ecological design system for sustainability in all aspects of human endeavor. It teaches us how build natural homes, grow our own food, restore diminished landscapes and ecosystems, catch rainwater, build communities and much more.”

If I am able to take your course, I will gain the confidence in helping humanity transistion into peaceful co-existence with nature. I am excited for the future and hope we can share our reality. My timing is still flexible and I can be present in November, December or January. Thank you for providing this opportunity while I hope to hear from you.

Application #4:

Thank you for creating the Super Thinking scholarship.  In 2010, I started import/export business in Japan. Before I could add language training and publishing, the earthquake wiped out my market. I faced bankruptcy. Thanks to my language and teaching abilities, I survived, but the debt is significant.

My previous business experience resulted in a two-year contract with a global company. Unfortunately, the internal politics make new projects very difficult. Contract extension may not happen. Either way, I have half a year to prepare an exit strategy or face bankruptcy again.

I use five languages (Polish, Japanese, English, Czech and Russian) and understand written text in another 10. I am half way through developing an online English course for Japanese who are hopeless with languages. I need a special approach like Super Thinking (ST) to make them successful.

There is a big problem in Japan with jobs for new college graduates. Using ST, language training and my international experience, I will be able to assist them in becoming global players.

I want to develop a method to learn 5 languages simultaneously. Based on ST English => Spanish method, I want to add Italian and Brazilian or/and French; maybe Romanian. This would start in Japan, Singapore and Poland.

The next step would be Slavic, Asian and German languages to find language groups I could work with using ST. All this will be supported by publishing and international business consulting projects mainly in Japan and Europe, though with Spanish, the South American market might be very interesting.

Application #5:

Wow! Thanks for posting this Gary!  I am also a disabled veteran, suffering from bi-polar disorder, post traumatic syndrome, and loss of hearing in both of my ears.  I wear hearing aides, “appliances” as they like to call them. Not what I imagined I would be wearing at 43!  My husband and I are both Realtors here in Alabama, I am a stay at home mom and keep my license because after being diagnosed 13 years ago it was my first big accomplishment! We have a sixteen year old at home still, the last in a line of seven, and look forward for him going to college at the University of Alabama where he will study to be an engineer.  He wants to travel the world and build for less fortunate countries and the people who reside there.  My husband and I both know that what ever social security (if there is any!) and my disability check from Social Security will not allow us to maintain the house we now live, much less pay the bills.  We are really studying Equador, and have not only my mom and step-dad, but a few friends that have also expressed interest in Equador!  I would appreiciate any insight on how we may get down there for a visit, without costing us an arm and a leg!  I am passing on the email that you sent to my husband to see if we can attend one of your classes in Florida!  God bless, and hope to see you soon!

Application #6:

The most important one to me right now is the Super Thinking and Spanish.  The others close behind.

My problem is qualifying for the scholarship program you just started.  (I believe the Law of Attraction works.)  I am a Korean Vet with no physical handicaps but I did have a heart attack and a TSA in 2006.  I am 83 years young and have quite a variety of interests.  I am a widower twice and live alone.  With gas prices and real estate taxes on my home; there isn”t much left over with a social security of $955 per month.

However, I would like to attend the course in Jan. 2013 in Mt. Dora, Fl.  I can drive there from here easily.  Sincerely.

The Huge 2020 Risk

Here is a huge risk that could explode in 2020.

I hope I am wrong… but the numbers are clear.

According to Treasurydirect.com, (1) as of December 26, 2020 the total US public debt was 23 trillion and 845 billion dollars.

This is not a theoretical problem for the future.  This is not something that our children and grandchildren will have to deal with.  This is a problem in the here and now for you and me.

Rising interest rates create a massive problem for every American.

treasury direct

Look at how the interest costs alone have risen to over a half trillion dollars a year.

treasury direct

The bad news is that the (US federal debt) is getting bigger….harder to miss.  The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) projected in 2010 (the debt then was a bit over 14 trillion) that, under law at that time, debt held by the public would exceed $16 trillion by 2020, reaching nearly 70 percent of GDP.

The $7 Trillion Error.

They sure goofed on that.  Here we are… only in 2020 and debt has shot past 23 trillion.

How could the CBO be so wrong?

The CBO screwed up because they could never imagine that the Fed would push interest rates so low… and keep them there.  The interest rates are so low that the government has been able to borrow more than imagined and still afford the interest.

For example, US Federal government interest last year amounted to around $573 billion.  Yet in 2008 on debt of only $9 trillion +  the interest that year was $451 billion +.

Interest payments in 2017 were 27% higher than they were in 2008.  Yet the debt is over 250% higher.

Very low interest rates have helped the government borrow.  Low interest has also helped the US stocks reach all time high prices.

The government will resist raising rates because it will ruin their budget, cause a collapse of the stock markets and destroy the US dollar.

Rising interest rates, will create an almost unimaginable debt crisis.  If government interest doubles it is like the $23+ trillion national debt  rising to 46 trillion!  Unless there are some huge tax increase the interest payments are not sustainable.

Learn how to have more freedom and time, less stress, better health care, extra income, greater safety and profit in your savings despite America’s deficits, debt and currency risk.

Fortunately there are secrets that will allow a few to live much better, free of debt and worry despite the decline in the dollar’s purchasing power.   My wife, Merri and I, have traveled, lived, worked and invested around the world for nearly 50 years to gain this information.

Let me share the basics of this data and how we can be of help through 2020.

The first fact behind this secret is that things are really good in the western world.  Despite many problems, we are surrounded by more abundance and greater opportunity than almost anyone has ever enjoyed, anywhere, ever.   To enjoy a fair share of this wealth, all we have to do is understand human nature and learn how to invest in the new economy, as it changes and becomes new, again and again.

Merri and I have made seven huge transitions in the 50 years.  Each has allowed us to always stay ahead of losses that the majority of Americans suffer.  We are in another transition right now and want to share why and what to do so you can stay ahead and live a richer, independent life through 2020 and beyond.

A falling US dollar is one of the greatest risks we have to our independence, safety, health, and wealth, but also brings a window of huge profit as I explain below.   Though the greenback has been strong for a number of years, its strength is in serious jeopardy.  The growing federal deficits increase the national debt and this with rising interest rates propels a growing debt service.

While the Dow Jones Industrial Average passed a record high, the U.S. national debt passed the $20 trillion mark.

The problem is that the Dow will come back down.  National debt will not fall.

The double shock of money fleeing Wall Street and US debt skyrocketing, will destroy the purchasing power of the greenback.

Go to the store even now.  Statistics say inflation is low, but buy some bread or, heaven forbid, some fresh vegetables like peppers or fruit.   Look at the cost of your prescription or hospital bills.  Do something simple like have your car serviced at an auto dealer.  Look at the dollars you spend and you’ll see what I mean.

The loss of the dollar’s purchasing power erodes our independence, our freedom and our savings and wealth as well.

At the same time, low interest rates by big banks and higher health care costs soak up the ever diminishing income and savings we have left.  According to a Gallup poll, the most unpopular three institutions in America are big corporations & Wall Street banks, HMOs and Congress.

Yet there is little we can do because these institutions are in control.

Over the last 50 years the average income for 90 percent of the American population fell.  Our health system is restricted by a Kafka-esque maze of legislation and insurance regulations that delay, frustrate, and thwart attempts by patients and doctors from proper medical care.  Big banks and corporations restrict our freedom of choice.  The business customer relationships are no longer transactions between free equals.

Banks can trap us in indebtedness at every age from student loans to mortgages to health care costs.  They pay almost nothing on our savings.  They hide unexpected fees and payments in complex and unreadable documents.  Banks and big corporations routinely conceal vital information in small print and then cheat.  Weak regulations and lax enforcement leave consumers with few ways to fight back.  Many of these businesses ranging from cable TV to phone and internet service to health insurance have virtual monopolies that along with deceptive marketing destroys any form of free market.

These same companies control the credit-scoring agencies so if  we don’t pay unfair fees, our credit scores will plunge and we could lose the ability to borrow money, rent an apartment, even to get a job.  Many consumers are forced to accept “arbitration clauses” in lieu of  legal rights.  The alternative is to lose banking, power, and communication services.

Big business has also usurped our privacy.  Internet companies sell our personal data.  Personal information is pulled from WiFi and iPhones track and store our movements.  The government can access this information, sometimes without subpoenas.  There’s a lot that we don’t know, often withheld under the guise of “National Security.”

The glow on Western democratic capitalism has dimmed… or so it seems.  The US, leading the way, is still a superpower with economic, innovation and military might, but the institutions that should serve the people have become flawed or broken.

America’s infrastructure is in shambles.  The nation’s bridges are crumbling, many water systems are filled with toxins, yet instead of spending more to fix this, we build more prisons.  The 2.2 million people currently in  jail is a 500 percent increase over the past thirty years.  60% of the inmates belong to ethnic groups.  Not just non-white ethnic groups are suffering.  Annual death rates are falling for every group except for middle-aged white Americans.  Death rates are rising among this group driven by an epidemic of suicides and afflictions stemming from substance abuse, alcoholic liver disease and overdoses of heroin and prescription opioids.

America’s middle class is shrinking.  Nearly  half of America’s income goes to upper-income households now.  In 1970 only 29 percent went to this group.  How can we regain our freedom, our happiness and our well being in such a world?

What can we do?

Gain a better, freer life is to combine better health, higher income and greater savings for a happier, more resilient lifestyle.

Merri and I will celebrate our 50th year of global living, working, investing and researching to find and share ideas on how to have simpler, low stress, healthier, more affluent lifestyles.  Our courses, reports and email messages look at ways to gain:

#1:  Global micro business income.

#2:  Low cost, natural health.

#3:  Safer, more profitable, investments that take little time or cost to buy and hold… so you can focus on earning more instead

Many readers use our services for just one of these three benefits.  They focus only on health or on earning more or on better, easier investing.

28 years ago Merri and I created the International Club as a way for readers to join us and be immersed in all three of these benefits.   The International Club is a year long learning program aimed at helping members earn worry free income, have better affordable good health and gain extra safety and profits with value investments.

Join us for all of 2020 NOW.

The three disciplines, earning, health and investing, work best when coordinated together.  Regretfully the attacks on our freedom are realities of life.  There is little we can do to change this big picture.  However we can change how we care for our health, how we earn and how we save so that we are among the few who live better despite the dollar’s fall.

We start with better lower cost health care.

Club membership begins by sharing ways to be free of the “Secret Hospital Charge Master”.   Just as governments hide truth behind “National Security”, big health care businesses hide medical truths behind “Charge masters”.  Most hospital charge masters are secret because big business does not want us to know how much hospital costs have risen.  Motivations beyond our good health, like corporate greed, want to keep us in the dark about health care cost.

Despite rising health care costs, a report from the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention shows that hospitals are the last place we want to be for good health.  One report shows that hospital-acquired infections alone kills 57% more Americans every year than all car accidents and falls put together.

Often, what patients catch in the hospital can be worse than what sent them there.  Governments and health care agencies agree  – antibiotic resistance is a “nightmare.”  An antibiotic-resistant bacteria may be spreading in more hospitals than patients know.  About one in every 25 hospitalized patients gets an infection and a report from the Journal of Patient Safety showed that medical errors are the third-leading cause of death in the country.

Along with the risk of hospital acquired illness and medical errors, the second huge threat to our well being… is health care costs, especially at hospitals.  This is why charge masters are so often secret.  There are few risks to our wealth that are greater than a hospital stay.

I have created three natural health reports are about:

#1: Nutrition

#2: Purification

#3: Exercise

Each report is available for $19.95.  However you’ll receive this free as club member and save $59.85.

Club members also receive seven workshops and courses on how earn everywhere with at home micro businesses.  We call this our “Live Well and Free Anywhere Program”.   The program contains a series of courses and reports that show ways to earn and be free. These courses and reports are:

  • “International Business Made EZ”
  • “Self Fulfilled – How to Write to Sell”
  • Video Workshop by our webmaster David Cross,
  • The entire weekend “Writer’s Camp” in MP3
  • The report “How to Raise Money Abroad”
  • Report and MP3 Workshop “How to Gain Added Success With Relaxed Concentration”
  • The course “Event-Full – How to Earn Conducting Seminars and Tours”

This program is offered at $299, but is available to you as a club member free.  You save $299 more.

Next, club members participate in an intensive program called the Purposeful investing Course (Pi).  The purpose of Pi is finding value investments that increase safety and profit.  Learn Slow, Worry Free, Good Value Investing.

Stress, worry and fear are three of an investor’s worst enemies.  These destroyers of wealth can create a Behavior Gap, that causes investors to underperform in any market good or bad.  The behavior gap is created by natural human responses to fear.  Pi helps create profitable strategies that avoid losses from this gap.

Lessons from Pi are based on the creation and management of a Primary Pi Model Portfolio, called the Pifolio.  There are no secrets about this portfolio except that it ignores the stories from economic news (often created by someone with vested interests) and is based mainly on good math that reveals the truth through financial news.

The Pifolio is a theoretical portfolio of MSCI Country Benchmark Index ETFs that cover all the good value markets using my 50 years of global experience and my study of the analysis of four mathematical investing geniuses (and friends).

There are seven layers of tactics in the Pi strategy.

Pi Tactic #1: Determine purpose and good value.

Pi Tactic #2: Diversify 70% to 80% of portfolio equally in good value developed markets.

Pi Tactic #3: Invest 20% to 30% equally in good value emerging markets.

Pi Tactic  #4:  Use trending algorithms to buy sell or hold these markets.

Pi Tactic  #5:  Add spice speculating with ideal conditions.

Pi Tactic  #6: Add spice speculating with leverage.

Pi Tactic  #7:  Add spice speculating with forex potential.

The Pifolio analysis begins with a continual research of international major stock markets that compares their value based on:

#1:  Current book to price

#2:  Cash flow to price

#3:  Earnings to price

#4:  Average dividend yield

#5:  Return on equity

#6:  Cash flow return

#7:  Market history

We combine the research of several brilliant mathematicians and money managers with my years of investing experience.

This is a complete and continual study of what to do about the movement of international major and emerging stock markets.  I want to share this study throughout the next year with you.

This analysis forms the basis of a Good Value Stock Market Strategy.  The analysis is rational, mathematical and does not worry about short term ups and downs.  This strategy is easy for anyone to follow and use.  Pi reveals the best value markets and provides contacts to managers and analysts and Country Index ETFs so almost anyone can create and follow their own strategy.

The costs are low and this type of ETF is one of the hardest for institutions to cheat.  Expense ratios for most ETFs are lower than those of the average mutual fund.  Little knowledge, time, management or guesswork are required.  The investment is simply a diversified portfolio of good value indices.  Investments in an index are like investments in all the shares of a good value market.

Pi opens insights to numerous long term cycles that most investors miss because they have not been investing long enough to see them.

The Pi subscription is normally $299 per annum but as a club member you receive Pi at no charge and save an additional $2299.

Profit from the US dollar’s fall.

In the 1980s, a remarkable set of two economic circumstances helped anyone who spotted them become remarkably rich.  Some of my readers made enough to retire.  Others picked up 50% currency gains.  Then the cycle ended.  Warren Buffett explained the importance of this ending in a 1999 Fortune magazine interview.  He said:  Let me summarize what I’ve been saying about the stock market: I think it’s very hard to come up with a persuasive case that equities will over the next 17 years perform anything like—anything like—they’ve performed in the past 17!

Club members receive a report about opportunity in the  current strength of the US dollar is a second remarkable similarity to 30 years ago.   The dollar rose along with Wall Street.  Profits came quickly over three years.  Then the dollar dropped like a stone, by 51%  in just two years.  A repeat of this pattern is growing and could create up to 50% extra profit if we start using strong dollars to accumulate good value stock market ETFs in other currencies.

This is the most exciting opportunity I have seen since we started sending our reports on international investing ideas more than three decades ago.  The trends are so clear that I created a short, but powerful report “Three Currency Patterns for 50% Profits or More.”   This report shows how to earn an extra 50% from currency shifts with even small investments.  I kept the report short and simple, but included links to 153 pages of  Good Value Stock Market research and Asset Allocation Analysis.

The report shows 20 good value investments and a really powerful tactic that shows the most effective and least expensive way to accumulate these bargains in large or even very small amounts (less than $5,000).  There is extra profit potential of at least 50% so the report is worth a lot.

This report sells for $29.95 but when you become a club member you receive the report, “Three Currency Patterns For 50% Profits or More” FREE.

Plus get the $39.99 report, “The Platinum Dip 2019” free.

With investors watching global stock markets bounce up and down, many missed two really important profit generating events.  The price of silver dipped below $14 an ounce as did shares of the iShares Silver ETF (SLV).   The second event is that the silver gold ratio hit 80 and has remained near this level, compared to a range of the 230s only two years ago.

Now there is a new distortion ready to ripen in the year ahead.

These two events are a strong sign to invest in precious metals.

I prepared a special report “Platinum Dip 2019”.   The report explains the exact conditions you need to make leveraged precious metal speculations that can increase the returns in a safe portfolio by as much as eight times.  The purpose of the report is to share long term lessons about speculating in precious metals gained through 30 years of speculating and investing in gold and silver.

The low price of silver offers special value now so I want to send you this report because the “Platinum Dip 2018” offers enormous profit potential in 2018.

The report “Platinum Dip 2019” sells for $39.95 but club members receive it free as well.

The $39.95 new “Live Anywhere – Earn Everywhere Report” is also free.

There is an incredible new economy that’s opening for those who know what to do.  There are great new opportunities and many of them offer enormous income potential but also work well in disaster scenarios.

There are are specific places where you can reduce your living expenses and easily increase your income.  Scientific research has shown that being in such places actually make you smarter and healthier.  Top this off with the fact that they provide tax benefits as well and you have to ask, “Where are these places?”.

Learn about these specific places.  More important learn what makes them special.  Discover seven freedom producing steps that you can use to find other similar places of opportunity.

The report includes a tax and career plan broken into four age groups, before you finish school, from age 25 to 50 – age 50-to 65 and what to do when you reach the age where tradition wants you to re-tire.  (Another clue-you do not need to retire and probably should not!)

The report is very specific because it describes what Merri and I, our children and even my sister and thousands of our readers have done and are doing, right now.

Live Anywhere – Earn Everywhere focuses on a system that takes advantage of living in Smalltown USA, but earning locally and globally.

This report is available online for $39.99 but International Club members receive it free.

International Micro Business Doing Good in Accumulating Wealth

An international micro business can be doing good as it accumulates wealth.

For example, our Ecuador micro business in roses provides Ecuador scholarships.

Merri and I are stick in the muds when it comes to doing things at night.  We are often in bed before nine… always before ten, unless it is some strange situation.

This weekend though for about the sixth time in 15 years of being up here in the mountains we were out after dark.  The cause of risking being turned into a pumpkin was worthy… a fund raiser for the FREE medical clinic in Jefferson, North Carolina… called the Festival of Tables.  12 groups decorated table settings… we all had a nice meal and an auction.  Last year this event raised ten thousand dollars for the clinic which helps provide health care to those who are not insured and cannot afford health care otherwise.

We contributed Ecuadorian roses and lilies and helped decorate this table.

Its amazing what 50 roses and lilies can do.

Merri and I love Ecuadorian roses so it is not surprising that we offer them at our site… not for the money, but to help the people of Ecuador.  Our tradition has been to use our flower revenue to provide scholarships for children and to help Ecuador schools… so this was a double pleasure… in that we could help a little in Ecuador and Ashe County too.

Before we look at the benefits of the scholarships,  let me share why Ecuador roses not only create a business opportunity (use them as a fund raiser)  but are a phenomenal value!

See how to create an Ecuador rose business here.

Ecuador flowers make sense because they offer special value.

At $91, for 50 roses, the price can seem high… until one looks at the entire picture.  Half the cost of these roses is the Fedex delivery right to the doorstep.  That’s worth quite a bit… a big value enhancement.  However the real value is shown when you consider the number that the beauty of these flowers last.

Typically a dozen supermarket roses cost $15 to $19… excluding the cost of getting to the store and back.  You have to go there any way.  Right?  So 50 store roses cost $60 to $79.   If lucky, they last a week… more often only three days. They rarely have enough energy to fully open.

Fresh Ecuador roses arrive looking like this.

But soon open so they…

look like this.

Fresh cut Ecuador roses are beautiful but also have staying power.  One can always expect nine days… but with good care often much longer.  Many of the last roses were still looking good after an amazing 21 days!

I was delighted to receive this note from our flower supplier in Ecuador,  Roberto Ribadeneira,

Gary, I’ve notice that you are helping out a lot of young people with scholarships, which I think is the best way to help. Education has gone up in Ecuador. This is unbelievable.  How can communities pay that much? In any case I thought maybe we can do a Rose Promotion for the scholarships, that helps raise some funds for the kids who want to go to university.

The idea is to offer roses for Thursday 22, 2011 delivery.

I will drop the price on the roses for that day ONLY so all the monies will go straight to these kid’s education.

In Ecuador where access to education is very limited and most people end up losing their chance to get into higher education, this gives a way to help them achieve their dreams.

In a region such as Otavalo and Cotacachi where there is almost no government related jobs, most people rely on their own effort to make a living. Unlike highly paid autocrats in Quito who make a lot of money with little effort, people in Otavalo and Cotacachi are hard workers that make much less and have less access to put their kids in universities.

Now in an area where going to college is a privilege supporting these kids is very important, mainly because they do want to pursue a dream, and without access to college that dream will be elusive.

I have four students in mind:

Young Jenny Montufar said repeatedly “thank you so much…I’ll do my best to get the best grades and make everyone proud of me”.   She knows that without our help, she may never go to college.  She loves tourism, she likes to talk to people, to welcome them to Ecuador and have them come over and over again. So she is in tourism at a local college, hoping that soon she can guide tourists to every corner of Ecuador.

So we have four kids attending to college and making their best effort to graduate and go for their dreams. Cristian Simba for example, works during nights and goes to college as soon as he is off from work. So he rarely gets sleep, but he is proud that he is one of the few who can attend college, he is studying how to administer a business and he hopes to apply that to his current job.

Jonathan Guerrero hopes to be (ingeniero de sistemas) a computer engineer, which was unheard before in Cotacachi, where most people work at hotels, restaurants or on leather.  All of those are really good jobs, but far from being with the latest technology. So a young man in Cotacachi may be entering the new era as well.

Everyone has a story and a dream to fill while attending to College, and with a little help they can do it. What it is really important is that they commit to that, and they know it. Because they have to make their best effort to keep receiving help, because like them there are many other kids that need a scholarship as well.

For now these kids have a unique opportunity to make their community a little better, let’s hope that with our effort many more could do the same. But this is a give-give thing, we give them a hand and they stand up to the highest requirement, to be really good students and to make every dollar worth.

A scholarship must be earned and these kids are doing everything possible to be worth of it, and I do believe with a little help from everyone they can go to college and bring knowledge to their communities.

The cost of helping all three students for the next semester is $2,180 and with enough sales we can help these kids get that education.  I know that there are two others who are getting their reports/grades together also…and that you have helped them for the last few years, but I thought that I should help too with an offering of roses.   Roberto

This week until 5pm (EST) Saturday September 17, 2011, all funds that Roberto, Merri and I receive will go towards  scholarships for these three students and hopefully the other two applicants.
