ADAPTATION AND CHANGE IN ECUADOR

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has described the COVID 19 pandemic as the “defining global health crisis of our time and the greatest challenge we have faced since World War Two”.

There’s no denying that although governments and societies are scrambling to cope with the pandemic and slow the spread of the virus while the race to produce a vaccine is frantic, this pandemic has caught us better prepared than previous ones, especially the devastating so called Spanish Flu of 1918, that infected a staggering 500 million people with casualties estimated between 17 and 50 million.

We will come out of this storm for sure and, it’s safe to assume, we’ll be better prepared for the next one. We are resilient and increasingly enlightened.

Yes, these are trying times for sure and, on the economic front, they are especially so for businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, workers, caregivers and pretty much everybody for whom income and capital preservation are key.

If there’s a silver lining, however, is that testing times bring out the best in many people and usher faster positive change and innovation. We are seeing this throughout the world and Ecuador is no exception.

I know cases where people are using the mandatory time at home in Ecuador to finish that project they’ve been putting off, like a website overhaul or reading one or more books that have gone midway; or to better touch base with loved ones and friends. I for sure am one of them.

At this time where social distancing is increasingly the new normal here, remote studying and work from home has activated widely an is in route to becoming more mainstream in Ecuador. Schools and universities have regular classes where teachers and students are connected via livestream, and companies go on with their endeavors, as much as may be possible, with their workers engaged from home.

Now, there’s no denying that business landscape is being radically changed, and some businesses are better prepared or even surging while others are creatively adapting. In Ecuador, some businesses options evidently surging are directly crisis specific while others are seeking adaptations to weather the storm and come out strengthened in capacity to navigate the new waters ahead.

Among specific businesses that can do well in the crisis and which I’ve and many others have sought and looked into using are sanitizing, general delivery, cleaning, meal delivery and businesses that help people social distance in general.

Some businesses may be doing especially well, like those that supply medical accessories and equipment that are essential right now and in such high demand.  Regarding the latter, it’s never nice to capitalize on events like these but it’s a legitimate business and can be a wake up call too. For those seeking to push the envelope in these troubled waters, in Ecuador as elsewhere, society has severely frowned on the up marking of prices of certain products in unprincipled ways.

An initiative that is gaining traction in Ecuador with several promoters on social media is that of businesses pre selling their products, perhaps via gift cards, where they can get some income right now and be able to deliver the products at a somewhat later time, when things get better. This is a way to keep businesses afloat and for them to be able to care for their employees.

Also, I am seeing many companies in Ecuador step up to the plate. This is not only good for doing good’s sake but it also generates gratitude and loyalty, not to mention exposure. From banks extending payments dates, to delicatessens delivering food to health workers to companies donating millions.

Adapting creatively with a positive, proactive-stance is key for many reasons, including the most important of all, mental health.

Finally, this is a clear opportunity to think really big in many ways; for the world to commit to clear moonshot goals in many areas regarding bioresearch, diagnostics, detection, telemedicine and more.

Stay safe,

Andrés Córdova

Why You Can Learn Spanish in Three Days

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic most of us have more down time.

Why not use this time to learn Spanish.  To make this possible we offer $70 off in our a Stay-At-Home discount below.

You can learn Spanish in a day, or a week, month or any time frame that works for you.

I’m Gary Scott.  Over fifty years ago I started a business that has helped hundreds of thousands of subscribers learn about investing in Hong Kong (1960s and 1970s), Switzerland, London, Isle of Man (1970s and 1980s) and across Europe. My wife Merri and I took thousands on investing tours to these countries.

In the 1990s we began taking investors to Panama, Mexico, the Dominican Republic and Ecuador.  That’s when we realized an incredible need for an easy, super fast way to learn Spanish.  Our delegates were business people with hard schedules and tight deadlines.  They did not have months, or even weeks to learn a second language.

Plus, even though these delegates were successful international business people, most did not have degrees in grammar.  When it came to sentence structure, punctuation rules, parts of speech, morphology and especially derivation of verbs, they were at a loss. They wanted good basic ways to communicate in Spanish that worked and sounded eloquent, right now, without having to become educated in grammar.

Fortunately there is a scientific method of learning (called Super Learning) that was created and refined by a Soviet educational master, Georgi Lozanov.   Lozanov transformed the entire Soviet Union’s educational system to such a degree that this third world nation beat the USA into space.

My wife Merri was lucky to be one of a handful of students outside the Soviet Union who were taught this system by Lozanov himself in the early 1970s.  She practiced this unique and remarkable form of education for decades so we used it to create a Super Spanish course that has helped thousands of subscribers learn Spanish in three days and less.

This course is now available online.

Merri teaching a Super Spanish course in Florida.

Does it sound impossible to learn Spanish in three days?  Yes, it is impossible when you try to learn Spanish in the old, traditional way, but the scientific Super Learning method of learning… proven and described in numerous best selling books creates educational jumps by making education natural, easy and fun.   This course works because it is education without stress!

How The Course Works

The first tactic is to use Baroque music to create Relaxed Concentration in the learning process.  At least three best selling books, “Superlearning”, the “Mozart Effect” and “Superlearning 2000” have revealed insights about how to learn and think more powerfully based on systems drawn from the Soviet educational master, Dr. Georgi Lozanov.

You gain six valuable ONLINE Baroque Relaxed Concentration Sessions in the online course that is delivered via the internet.

The second tactic uses 17 unique lessons to provide Spanish fluency in a short time.   Let me prove to you how this tactic works by teaching you hundreds of Spanish words in less than 30 seconds.

Here is the proof.

“Most words in English that end in ION are almost identical, just pronounced differently.

For example action is accion.

Education-educacion.

Manipulation- manipulacion, etc.”

There you have it.  How long did it take you to read these four sentences?

Ask yourself.  “How many words do you know that end in ION”.

You now know all these Spanish words that you will never forget.

How long would it have taken you to memorize all those words?  How soon would you have forgotten them?

The next lesson teaches how to pronounce each of the nouns.

The third lesson teaches almost as many verbs, almost as quickly.

The fourth lesson shows how to avoid conjugating verbs by sticking with the infinitive (far easier than it sounds).  This simple lesson leaves a person sounding like a Spanish professor without ever conjugating a verb.

Lesson five shows how to sound infinitely polite and yet get almost anything desired in Spanish.

Lesson six gives valuable connectors and the seventh lesson triples the Spanish capacity with three words for “yesterday,” “now” and “tomorrow”.

In an incredibly short time you feel comfortable speaking Spanish.

Plus the system is Impro-Dynamic.  This means your Spanish keeps getting better even though you do not seem to be studying… practicing… or speaking Spanish.

I was amazed by this as I traveled back and forth from the USA to Ecuador.  The longer I was away from Ecuador… the better my Spanish became.  My second language was automatically improving.  The self improving feature comes because you learn to create Spanish sentences rather than remember them.

The portion of the brain that creates is more powerful than the portion that recalls.  When your mind creates something… it owns it!  You do not have to remember .

During the course you learn 4005 Spanish words that you already know.   This eliminates the need to memorize 99% of Spanish words.

You then learn how to create Spanish sentences from these words.

Throughout the course you learn how to pronounce the sentences you create.

When the course ends… the mind keeps working… and creating… so next time you begin to speak Spanish you’ll be surprised .  You improve even though you have not actively worked on your lingual skill.

Due to the difficulty of getting groups together to learn this valuable technique, we created an online program for subscribers to use the Super Spanish course at home.   The normal three day in person course fee is $499 ($749 for a couple).

The ONLINE course is available at the highly reduced price of $149, but in this special offer we are knocking another $70 from the price so you can start now for only $79.

The ONLINE course has our, full satisfaction or money back, guarantee.  Try Super Spanish for 60 days.  If not fully satisfied, simply let us know for a full refund.

Here are some testimonials from the course.

Here are a few quotes from delegates of the course.

One delegate from St. Louis wrote:  Hi Gary,  Just ended forty-five years in dentistry last week, and I’m on to a new career.  What is my new career?  Still formulating, but the eye -opening,mind expanding Super-Spanish course last weekend in St. Louis surely shows me the opportunity exists to expand my horizons.

Besides having a lot of nice people to learn our new language; the methods Merri and you developed proved to be just what you said they would be.  We all and I in particular relaxed our way to new learning.  I feel so very comfortable with the basis of my new language skills that I know I will be spitting out great Spanish sentences by the time I reach Ecuador in October.  Last year I spent six weeks in Ecuador and now I plan on conversing with the people.

Today’s excerpt of your newsletter really hit home. You do what you say you will. There are no surprises or hidden sales tricks. The only tricks are beneficial to our learning.  Thank you for a wonderful experience that I was quite unable to grasp how you would pull it off.  You did, however, and I look forward to other courses that you offer, and I have absolutely no doubt they also will work beneficially.  Best regards, Denis Molloy.

Another wrote about the Super Spanish course:   Buenos Dias, here is a testimonial for Super Thinking-Super Spanish.  Please feel free to use all or part in promotions for the course.  In addition, you may give my email address to any prospect “on the fence” about enrolling.  Yesterday, in Cotacachi, Ecuador, I finished Super Spanish.  I had high expectations for the course and they were exceeded.

After three days, I can speak Spanish in complete sentences. In simple conversations, such as buying groceries or ordering a meal, I can make myself understood. I think that’s incredible!

Although I am far from the competence level of a native speaker, I feel I’ve taken a giant step forward in learning Spanish so that I can experience the people and culture of Ecuador.  The foregoing benefits would have more than justified the time and money I invested in Super Spanish.  And learning some Spanish was not the most important benefit I got from the course.

Prior to leaving the USA, I had felt for some time that the pace of life there was unhealthy for me (and for most people) and I did nothing about it.

I’ve thought about the pace issue during the course.  One of the key elements Merri Scott designed into Super Spanish is placing the student in the optimal state for learning.  In class, the past three days, I’ve been re-introduced to guided journeys and introduced to the calming effects of Baroque music (www.sundaybaroque.org).  What a blessing! I’m inclined to make one or both a daily part of my life.   Rob Christi.  Cotacachi, Ecuador

Another attendee from a course wrote:   “I took this incredible class a few weeks ago, and I would like to tell anyone that is interested, that it is an amazing three days of learning with lots of laughs included. You leave everyday wanting to learn more and are so excited to do so.

“Other Spanish classes and tutoring made us feel like it would take forever to get to the point where we could put it into practice, but this method gave us a more fluent use for everyday life almost immediately AND the confidence to use it.  It is a fantastic way to show people how much they know and give confidence to learn and use Spanish creating a momentum.

“They made learning Spanish easy and fun in a very relaxed, comfortable atmosphere.  I would definitely recommend this course.  Even if you know some Spanish, this helps make it easier because of the less stress that no verb conjugations gives you.  This gives you more confidence in yourself to try and speak it more.

“I liked how simply the course was organized and the positive attitude about learning.  Thank you so much for helping me to learn Spanish!” Nadine Taylor

COVID-19 in Ecuador

This week Dr. Andres Cordova shares information about the Coronavirus in Ecuador.

Last week the government of Ecuador announced that all flights to Ecuador will be suspended starting Sunday, March 15, 2020 at 23:59.

CORONAVIRUS IN ECUADOR

Passengers arriving to Quito from abroad this past Saturday night were greeted by rather few people. The large welcoming parties, the balloon-holding children and even the eventual mariachis where nowhere to be seen.

I was there to pick up Isabella, my daughter, who was returning from Spain in due haste, just as her university in Pamplona and the whole country was shutting down. She managed to do so in the nick of time. Soon afterwards, Ecuador would start to shut down too.

As Isabella came out from migration and baggage-claim, a procession of angry parents irrupted into it eerily chanting “we want our children”.  They had been waiting for hours as the plane bringing their youngsters went into special quarantine protocol when a couple of passengers showed strong COVID-19 symptoms.

Isabella is now under quarantine for the next 14 days, in the comfort of home and her wonderful mother’s care. She’s doing a color-by-numbers painting, taking courses online and binging on Netflix.

ecuador

In my case, this extra time at home is allowing me to better take care of the neighborhood birds. I started a bird-feeding project in the terrace right out of my window. I have commissioned a custom birdhouse which should be ready in the next few days.

It is lovely to work to the sound of the little birds chirping. They perch in the trees a few meters from my window waiting for the daily dose of water and birdseed.

ecuador

The sobering picture, though, is that this pandemic is having profound health, economic and social consequences.

However, as opposed to when the “Spanish Flu” hit us almost a century ago, infecting about 500 million people and laying waste to millions, now the world is much better prepared, hence all the measures taken around the world, including vast communication campaigns.

While it can be argued that some measures in some places were taken too late or that due preparedness was lacking, there’s no arguing that today we are in substantially better condition to tackle pandemics like the coronavirus one from what we were decades, let alone a century ago. Hong King and South Korea are two examples of rather successful management of the crisis.

Ecuador’s first reported coronavirus case involved an asymptomatic woman that had arrived from Madrid on February 14. Once the 70 year old patient was isolated and her whereabouts traced, it turned up that she had an enviable social life, having visited many places, making contact with dozens of family and friends.

Currently Ecuador has 155 confirmed coronavirus cases with 235 under watch. Two deaths have been reported thus far.

Guayaquil has the most cases with 78, followed by Samborondón, Babahoyo, Quito and Manta with 23, 9, 8 and 7 confirmed cases, respectively.

Among the several measures taken by the Ecuadorian government to hinder the growth of coronavirus cases, these are the main ones:

  • Declaring a State of Emergency for Ecuador’s Health System
  • Implement a curfew between 11pm and 5am
  • Implement a 14-day quarantine for all travelers coming in from coronavirus hotspots
  • Classes and assistance to non-essential workplaces have been suspended
  • Supermarkets, drug-stores and other essential suppliers can’t have over 50% of their people-holding capacity at anytime
  • Circulation is restricted, with safe passage being issued for people in key work-sectors or those taking care of the elderly or children
  • Incoming international flights have been suspended

This pandemic, however brutal, may prompt important changes and advances in many areas. Even a before and after in many ways. For one, it is sure to give a rather large boost to the work-from-home idea. It will also bolster the protocols for effectively managing outbreaks from their very onset. Also, it will give the planet a break from some pollution.

The financial and social costs will linger for some time. The pandemic will very likely push the global economy into a tailspin, it has already wreaked havoc on the stock markets, making people focus better on sheer fundamentals.

We are resilient and will come out of this sobered and better. We are seeing so many acts of kindness and generosity, so many corporations stepping up to the plate. As a people person it can only strengthen my faith in humanity.

Stay safe,

Andrés Córdova

Twenty Years Ago

May is a special month for me.  I took my first trip abroad in May,  52 years ago (this year).

But March 1st has become a special date also.

On March 1, 2000, I wrote:  This is the first issue of World Reports delivered via our web site and in a way this change reflects the flavor of what I will have covered here. Using the time tested axiom of “As Above-So Below”, this issue reflects the enormous opportunity all of us have as we evolve from the Information Era into the Imagination Era.

I wrote that report while overlooking white robed hemlocks shivering in a Blue Ridge dawn. There was sweet silence and snowflakes falling.  Snow blankets were building in still air as the day awakened in the cold.

multi-currency-snow

Merri and me at our North Carolina farm 20 years ago

I was at our farm on Little Horse Creek North Carolina.

That first email report said: Winter in the high country seems a harsh time at first glance, forlorn grey days, bitter cold and icy, storms. But where would we be without such cleansing. How would we keep the weeds in control? One reason Merri and moved from the city to Ecuador and the Blue Ridge Mountains is to get in closer touch with the law of the farm (if you don’t plant in the spring-no matter how much politics are played, you won’t get a crop in the fall). Normally though we would not spend winter in these mountains but go to our home in Ecuador.

That report was mostly about investing in Ecuador.

There was a huge crisis in Ecuador at that time.  The currency has collapsed. Banks had all shut down. The country had run our of gas.

The report said: “You may have read in the news about the problems of Ecuador in recent days and wondered why I am investing there.  The crisis is very deep and we still have some rough years ahead. I would want to believe that we have nowhere else to go from here but up. About dollarization? The new President wants to dollarize. A very good thing, he should take this opportunity to do so.”

We began taking investors to Ecuador shortly after and found some of the greatest real estate bargains I have ever came across.

That report looked at other areas of opportunity.

The market for care is one of the largest in the world. Consider this, it is estimated that the U.S. market for funerals is 20 billion, diet – 33 billion, home furnishings – 40 billion, perfume – 3 billion, jewelry  16 billion, coffee – 6 billion, tourism – 300 billion, advertising – 291 billion.

But the market for health care alone is over 1 trillion! And health care is just one part of the care market. Other booming areas in care include pets – 12 billion, toys – 30 billion.

The report gave an early warning about problems with Americans holding accounts with overseas banks.

This is why in an era of bank consolidation where banks are trying to become bigger to be more powerful and better, I recently recommended shares in a small community bank that offers personal service.

The report also warned about risk in the stock market and passed on Warren Buffets warning that he did not expect the market to rise more than 4% per annum over the next four years.

That was at the top of the .dotcom boom but the historical chart of the Dow shows that Buffet was right to issue a warning.

The Dow fell over the next four years.

buffett

I think the most important section in that report was about the evil of specialization.

Another root of the care market is specialization. Industry, businesses and professions often become so focused on their piece of specialization that they no longer see all the parts. Take medicine as an example and compare an experience I observed in Ecuador with what might take place in the western world. Merri and I were staying at our house in the compound of Taita Yatchak one of Ecuador’s great healers and met a couple who had traveled clear across the country to have their sick baby healed (Taita Yatchak had been referred as a healer of last resort). Since the couple had traveled for an entire day, Taita Yatchak invited them to stay and we listened to the baby cry the night through.

In the morning I happened to be sitting nearby when Taita Yatchak talked to the family. “The baby is fine,” he said. “Your milk is what is wrong,” he said facing the mother. “You have an infection. But then he turned to the father. But it is you and your actions that are the source of the infection. We will work on you and then all will be well.”

Taita Yatchak saw and cared enough to include the whole family.

This problem, specialization, has certainly grown in the past two decades.

See how to overcome the specialization problems created by the Coronavirus below… why and how they led to our Pruppie lifestyle.

Surviving the Siren’s Song

Live Anywhere – Earn Everywhere

How to Gain Extra Freedom – While Almost Everyone Loses Theirs.

Mythology tells us that Sirens are beautiful, creatures, femmes fatales.  They lure us with enchanting, seductive songs into treacherous, always-shifting currents and shoals ready to rip the guts of our foundation from us.

siren

The last century of technology, from steams engines to quantum computers, is our Siren.  The song has brought us unbelievable freedom.

Yet the same technology that strips away the restraints created by time and space also provides tools for those who wish to bind us in other ways.

For example, technology used to track COVID-19 will increase government use of mass surveillance.

The nations use smartphones to track us. They  even receiving support from private tech companies, like Google and Apple, who would normally oppose such invasion of our privacy.

After all who would dare not help ease the pandemic?

The problem is, once a government gets its hand on such power, it rarely lets go.   The world will slide into permanently increased surveillance.

Although the current tracking efforts may appear entirely legitimate, many pose a risk to our rights to privacy and freedom of expression.  Imagine, big brother knowing where we are, where we have been, and who we have been in touch with, even what we have said.

Another Siren is the modern technology that allows goods to speed goods and people along in a global economy.   So to does it allow the bad to enter as we can now see so well.

The COVID-19 pandemic has proven this point!

Yet we should expect the world to get better.

We should and live and earn based on that this positive expectation.

However we should also live a lifestyle that prepares us for the bad times as well as good.

For example my family really used technology to make our businesses mobile and flexible.  At age 73, I work here in Florida reaching clients globally.  I can also work at our North Carolina farm or anywhere I have access to the internet.  I have been able to work every day right even having COVID-19.

I can hike into the woods at our farm and be working if I should desire.

My webmaster lives thousands of miles away yet we easily run the business together.

My son, an attorney in England, was trapped in the Czech Republic when the airlines shut down.  He has been able to continue his normal work from a small rural town near Vienna.  His productivity has not been diminished at all.  It may have even improved.

My daughter who lives in England is working on a project in India.   The inability for her to travel has not stopped her.

Another daughter who runs a dance/drama/singing school for children saw her classes shut down but was quickly doing lessons for the kids via Zoom.

I explain how to live and earn this way in a comprehensive report I have written entitled “Live Anywhere-Earn Everywhere”.

We have created a lifestyle… so if the world goes really sideways… we will survive and prosper anyway.  We do not give up anything much.  We can enjoy the good parts of the new economy, as we protect ourselves from what can be bad.

This lifestyle is shaped by what we do, how we do it and where we live.

The COVID-19 pandemic will create innumerable new opportunities.  Many of them offer enormous income potential and they even work well (in some cases better) in disaster scenarios.

In my family’s example, we use technology to have virtual, global businesses. We use the internet.

Where we do it is from is places where we can also have a backup business that will thrive, without government interference, in troubled times.

Let me provide two simple, concrete example.  North Carolina and ginseng.  Florida and loquat.

Ginseng is a great health root.  The demand is growing especially in China.  At times good dried Ginseng sells for $1,000 a pound!  This is an incredible and easy crop to grow.   The less care you give it, the more valuable it can become.  Yet if everything goes south, the health qualities make it an excellent barter item.  Once you know what to do with ginseng, it’s easy to grow in your back yard in northern parts of the world.

Even better, one of the best kept secrets is that ginseng and 125 other medicinal crops, that are currently unsustainable, can be grown on land in North Carolina and a couple of dozen other states that is extraordinarily cheap, yet are especially uncrowded safe and healthy.

Ginseng we grew in our former North Carolina back yard.  I know about growing ginseng through experience and explain why and how in the report “Live Anywhere-Earn Everywhere”.

Loquats are another example of an easy to grow crop that help promote natural health.

loquats

Here I am by one of the many loquat trees at our Florida farm.

Loquats are a great fruit for making jam and such, but the loquat leaf has amazing medicinal qualities.  Its is a registered medicine in China and due to its anti viral and respiratory system enhancing qualities has an especially  growing demand right now.   The images below from Amazon.com show that the leaves sell for about a dollar per leaf!

I have many trees on the farm but started growing loquat seedlings last year.

I have been drinking a lot of home made loquat leaf tea during the pandemic.

The report “Live Anywere-Earn Everywhere” shows specific places that reduce your living expenses, easily increases your income, makes you smarter, healthier and provides tax benefits as well.

Learn about these specific places in our “Live Anywhere – Earn Everywhere Report”.  More important learn what makes these places special and seven freedom producing steps that you can use to find other similar spots of opportunity.

Here are some of the experiences this report shares:

The report includes a tax and career plan broken into four age groups, before you finish school, from age 25 to 50 – age 50-to 65 and what to do when you reach the age where tradition wants you to re-tire.  (Another clue-you do not need to retire and probably should not).

Lowering taxes is vital now as the massive government spending during the COVID-19 pandemic will eventually lead to increased taxation.

The report is very specific because it is about what Merri and I, our children and even my sister and thousands of our readers have done and are doing.

“Live Anywhere – Earn Everywhere” focuses on a system that takes advantage of living in Smalltown USA, but earning globally.

  • Learn about the magic of the north facing slope.   This is where Merri and I live almost half of our time.  North facing mountain land is some of the least expensive in the world but has hidden values that the report reveals.  There is a lot of this land and a lot of hidden value that you can tap.   When we bought our Blue Ridge farm (252 acres) I mentioned this to my Swiss banking friend.  “That’s bigger than the entire village where I live!” was his response.  Smalltown USA offers a last chance at having a lot of space.  By living in two Smalltown places there are enormous tax advantages as well.  One step in the system saves Merri and me over $28,345 in taxes a year.

The report shows how to buy cheap north facing slopes and create an income producing tiny home for $29,000 or less.

If you lack the $29,000 to invest, a start up using tents is even less.  These are tipis we put up at our farm before we built our first tiny home.  Learn how they can create tens of thousands of dollars in income for you.

  • See ways that small businesses like Tipi rentals can create BIG tax savings as well as extra income.  For more than 30 years Merri and I have enjoyed a strong six figure income, some years more, in the millions.  Yet there have been very few years when we had to pay federal income tax.  The report lays out a three structure program and how it is used when you are in school (up to age 30), then from 25 to 50, 50 to 70  and beyond 70.   Learn why Chapter C corporations and pensions can be better than the normally recommended Chapter S.  See how new mileage log rules gives you a possible opportunity to increase your tax deductions using IRS Form 4562.  Using a two-vehicle strategy you can gain $12,976 in new deductions even if you do not have to drive one mile further or spend one additional penny on your car.
  • See how a greenhouse can help you eat better and be healthier, plus provide income and a tax deduction and be funded by a government grant.

  • There are similar benefits from having a second home office defined in IRS publication 463 and IRS publication 587, even if your desk is a dining room table.  The report also shows how your dining room table can become an actual income producer as its creates a huge tax deduction at the same time, not to mention a great place to eat, work and lay out plans for a brighter, safer more lucrative and enjoyable future.
  • Living in this environment is also healthier, economically as well as physically.  You’ll see in the report how researchers at Harvard found an amazing correlation between living in conditions found on north facing slopes, longevity and mental health.  The researchers were quite surprised by this strong correlation that also extended into mental health.  In addition to feeling better, reducing stress and having more Joie de Vivre the places outlined in “Live Anywhere-Earn Everywhere” can help you avoid hospitals, high cost disease management (aka health care) and BIG pharma while providing an investment opportunity in three plants that have some of the fastest growing demand in natural health care.  These three plants are just one of seven business opportunities that can create multiple streams of income.
  • How changes in cell phone and internet technology eliminated the need to be in one place.   An old law that creates new opportunity for small business in small towns is available to everyone.
  • Use the specific search and purchase guide.  Construction plans are included that show how to generate first tier income that leads to five, second tier avenues of earnings.
  • How to pay off old debt and avoid new debt by avoiding spurts and embracing value.
  • Learn seven skills that will always have value.  See how to turn First Aid, medicinal plants, hospitality, food, trees, alternate energy and writing to sell into everlasting, low stress wealth.

This pond we developed at our farm gave us great pleasure but also helped create a safe, healthy food supply and created a tax deduction as well as it helped us develop a trout raising business.
