Two Ways to Beat a Virus

Will the Coronavirus be the big one?

No one knows. Everyone hopes not.  But it’s good to be prepared.

There are two steps we can each easily take to improve our odds of getting through this outbreak in the healthiest possible way.

The first step is to stay away from those who might pass the virus onto you.

This MIT article says:  A month ago, prepping for the coronavirus might have seemed weird. Increasingly, it’s looking like a sensible precaution.

If there’s an outbreak where you are, having plenty of supplies will let you reduce contact with other people and cut your chances of being exposed to the germ.  How many days’ worth of food does your city have? It may be fewer than you think. As for the virus itself, about 80% of cases are mild. But the rest are serious. The data so far shows the death rate may be as high as 2%, from lung and organ failure. It’s no joke.

The entire article offers some good sense ideas on how to stock up so you can stay at home.

You can also learn about low population places where you can live and earn while the virus spreads.

My report “Live Anywhere Earn Everywhere” looks at specific places that not only reduce your living expenses, easily increase your income, but also reduce your exposure to people who may be infected with COVID-19.

I want to send you this $39.99 report free due to the serious nature of the spread of this virus.

You can learn about these specific places.  More important learn what makes these places special and seven freedom producing steps that you can use to find other similar spots of opportunity.

Here are some of the experiences this report shares:

The report includes a tax and career plan broken into four age groups, before you finish school, from age 25 to 50 – age 50-to 65 and what to do when you reach the age where tradition wants you to re-tire.  (Another clue-you do not need to retire and probably should not).

The report is very specific because it is about what Merri and I, our children and even my sister and thousands of our readers have done and are doing.

“Live Anywhere – Earn Everywhere” focuses on a system that takes advantage of living in small towns, but earning globally.

Living in this environment is also healthier, economically as well as physically.  You’ll see in the report how researchers at Harvard found an amazing correlation between living in conditions found on north facing slopes, longevity and mental health.  The researchers were quite surprised by this strong correlation that also extended into mental health.  In addition to feeling better, reducing stress and having more Joie de Vivre the places outlined in “Live Anywhere-Earn Everywhere” can help you avoid hospitals, high cost disease management (aka health care) and BIG pharma.

The second step in reducing Coronavirus risk is to build a healthier immune system.

I have created three natural health reports about, #1: Nutrition,  #2: Purification and #3: Exercise.  These reports are based on my experience living and working with Doctors of many types, shamans, and healers from around the world.

The first report about good eating shows it’s the first step towards good health by getting the correct nutrition.

My natural health report shows ways to eat that strengthens and purifies.  These are delicious, healthy “self defined” meals that nourish and create a cleansing process.  One lesson in the report shows how to correct a simple mistake that most of the Western population makes which increases the chances of adding and retaining weight by 84%.

The importance of my report on eating is shown in research “Nutrition and the Immune System” (2) published at the US National Library of Medicine, National Center for Biotechnology Information

The research says: Nutrition is a critical determinant of immune responses and malnutrition the most common cause of immunodeficiency worldwide. Protein-energy malnutrition is associated with a significant impairment of cell-mediated immunity, phagocyte function, complement system, secretory immunoglobulin A antibody concentrations, and cytokine production. Deficiency of single nutrients also results in altered immune responses: this is observed even when the deficiency state is relatively mild. Of the micronutrients, zinc; selenium; iron; copper; vitamins A, C, E, and B-6; and folic acid have important influences on immune responses. Overnutrition and obesity also reduce immunity. Low-birth-weight infants have a prolonged impairment of cell-mediated immunity that can be partly restored by providing extra amounts of dietary zinc. In the elderly, impaired immunity can be enhanced by modest amounts of a combination of micronutrients. These findings have considerable practical and public health significance.

The second report on purification of toxins and impurities in our body looks at ways to strengthen the immune system.

It reviews ways to purify lymph, blood, cerebrospinal fluid, the digestive tract and respiratory system.

The posting “Disorders of the Immune System” (3) at the Johns Hopkins Hospital website explains about the importance of lymph and immunity.

The immune system is your body’s defense against infections and other harmful invaders. Without it, you would constantly get sick from bacteria or viruses.

Your immune system is made up of special cells, tissues, and organs that work together to protect you.

The lymph, or lymphatic, system is a major part of the immune system. It’s a network of lymph nodes and vessels. Lymphatic vessels are thin tubes that branch, like blood vessels, throughout the body. They carry a clear fluid called lymph. Lymph contains tissue fluid, waste products, and immune system cells. Lymph nodes are small, bean-shaped clumps of immune system cells that are connected by lymphatic vessels. They contain white blood cells that trap viruses, bacteria, and other invaders, including cancer cells.

White blood cells are the cells of the immune system. They are made in one of your lymph organs, the bone marrow. Other lymph organs include the spleen and thymus.

My third natural health report is about exercise… but not the type you would think.

Unlock the Mystery of Key Muscles

This third natural health report unveils one exercise that is a nutritional trick  that has nothing to do with what we eat.  The trick is to energize and coordinate the digestive system by exercising a set of key muscles as we eat.  The body has a number of key muscles that regulate breathing, digestion, circulation, elimination and muscular motion.  The report  reveals an exercise you can do at the dinner table to energize these muscles which in turn coordinate every other muscle and organ in the body.  Exercising in this way for example (most of the modern world does not) energizes just one key muscle that regulates part of our ability to burn sugars and fat.

Many people do not realize the importance of exercise in immunity but a report from Harvard Medical School  “How to Boost Your Immune System” (4) shows that it is good.

The report says: Regular exercise is one of the pillars of healthy living. It improves cardiovascular health, lowers blood pressure, helps control body weight, and protects against a variety of diseases. But does it help to boost your immune system naturally and keep it healthy? Just like a healthy diet, exercise can contribute to general good health and therefore to a healthy immune system. It may contribute even more directly by promoting good circulation, which allows the cells and substances of the immune system to move through the body freely and do their job efficiently.

My report on exercise looks at oxygenation, coordination, purification, energy boosting, education, occupation and relaxation as ways to build a virus zapping immune system.

There are many ways to improve health naturally included in my three natural health reports.  Each is well worth its $19.95 price.

When you order all three reports worth $59.85, I normally knock off $19.95 and charge only $39.90.

During the spread of this serious Corona virus, I am adding in the $39.99 report “Live Anywhere – Earn Everywhere” free.

Pay just $39.90.  Save $59.94 and still have our 60 day, full satisfaction or a full, no questions asked refund guarantee.
