Longevity Savings

A study at Harvard, USC, Columbia and the University of Illinois found that researching longevity rather than disease could dramatically change the cost of health care and save almost 1.5 trillion dollars a year.

The same research showed that continuing to study diseases will not save nor increase the number of healthy older adults.

The researchers found that a disabled life expectancy is rising faster than total life expectancy. Longevity has risen but longevity in good health.  Those dependent on ongoing medical care are rising rapidly.

This should change but probably won’t.  The 1.5 trillion a year that would be saved goes into the pockets of big pharma and such.  They use a lot of that money too influence what gets studied, and the focus is researching diseases that make money, not how to improve quality of life and longevity.

That’s the way of the world, but that does not mean that is the way we as individuals have to be.

Consequently Merri and I have studied how to have natural good health and energy wherever we have traveled in the world.

Based on this we have refined our nutrition, exercise and purification using tips we have picked up over more than 40  years of global travel.

Several of the tools we use include, infrared sauna, rebounder, food supplements and essential oils.

We obtain all of our essential oils from our friends, Candace and John Newman and this is the best time of the year to stock up when they have their anniversary sale.

Stocking up now is even more important as Candace and John are selling this business. I have been buying gallons of some of their products too make sure I lock in low prices and guarantee I’ll have these great health benefits for some time to come.

You can see full details of their final anniversary sale here.
