This two day tour takes four days in total.  One day is for travel to Manta. Two days is to  inspect real estate.  The fourth day is to return to Quito.

The tours focus a half day each on Manta, Crucita, San Clemente and Bahia.

Is this close enough to the beach?  Remember that tides and high waves diminish as they grow closer to the equator and this beach is on the equator…in Ecuador.  There are no hurricanes on the equator and much less worry about coastal erosion.

The Ecuador mid coast real estate inspections begin in Manta, which is the major city where you will see condos houses, theaters, shopping malls etc. We view many Manta condos like this, with…

views like this.  They typically run about $100 a square foot.  This is usually the most expensive price you’ll see… by far.

We look at Ecuador beach property in San Clemente also. This is where Merri and I have purchased.  Our apartment is top floor, left here at Palmazul Spa.

The Spa is also the clubhouse for the Vistazul condos. Merri and I purchased some of these condos as well.  They offer immense value in my opinion. These are 1,200 square feet, two bedroom, two bathroom condos selling as low as $79,000 including clubhouse membership.

Merri and I scoured Ecuador for 13 years and have driven its coast, top to bottom, again and again. We have taken thousands of people on real estate tours here. We finally settled in the high Andes and this part of the beautiful Pacific. We have a house in the mountains and our apartment and condos here on the sea.

The tour actually begins a day before we start looking at real estate when we fly from Quito to Manta. We then travel from Manta by luxury bus and inspect real estate for two days and return to Quito on the fourth day.

We stay at Palmazul and see the Vistazul project where the spa facilities are available to home owners. Nice… living in a spa, on a beach, Palmazul. Tennis court, pool, beach, fine dining, exercise room and all.  The hotel provides nice discount to tour delegates by the way.. only $60 a night ($45 per person for double occupancy) plus 22% service & tax. This includes breakfast & dinner.

Low Costs

Our seminar and tour fees remain as they were in 2007 and 2008.  Merri and I run our business from home and our internet only structure keeps our overheads low.   By conducting many smaller tours we keep our staff at a minimum so our fees run as low as a third of what other seminar and tour companies charge… yet again and again we are told that they are the best.. most personal and of course we have way more experience than anyone else. We are not selling real estate but are simply offering tours to help you to understand the country, the areas, the prices so you can make an informed decision.

In addition we do not accept commissions or any form of compensation from hotels where our delegates stay, or from sellers of real estate on our tours. Instead we negotiate low room rates and try to get real estate sellers to offer discounts to our our tour delegates.

Split Sessions Available North and South

Our new split session seminars help those who have asked to attend courses but who cannot make it to Ecuador right now.  These courses… both our International Business & Investing and Super Thinking + Spanish seminars will have the first session conducted in Central Florida (Mt. Dora) or the Blue Ridge in North Carolina.   Then those who choose the second optional session can travel to Ecuador for the remaining real estate or shamanic minga tours that follow immediately after the first session.
