This gated development is about two miles from San Antonio de Ibarra going to Ibarra, about three miles from Ibarra. It has very good quality construction, 24 hour security, and three floor plans:

Eduardo from El Meson’s staff lives near this development and says there are at least two Westerners living there. I think this nice for showing, given the fact that there are very few new developments with high quality construction, and very attractive price.
