Cotacachi restaurants and food run from good, simple fare, that costs less than you can imagine, to the grand.
For example here is one restaurant, near our Cotacachi restaurant and hotel El Meson de as Flores, where you can have meals from 50 cents to $2.30 dollars.
You do not even have to visit a Cotacachi restaurant. Food from the street vendors can be as treat as well. Here is one of my favorites next to our hotel.
I love the grilled corn on the cob.
I skip the grilled meat..but some love it.
The ice cream is great here as well!
Our hotel makes its ice cream by hand with just fresh fruit. Our restaurant guests love it. They also love the high protein quinoa welcome cakes we make. Here is our chef with a just baked quinoa cake.

Our Cotacachi restaurant focuses on healthy and delicious food. Today we served a group staying at our hotel this wonderful hand made fresh coconut and walnut pudding for their coffee break.
