Actually both. Bahia is Ecuador’s first eco city…clean…neat and beautiful on the Pacific.

On our Ecuador Coastal real estate tour we visited Bahia to look at Bahia real estate. Here is the bus.

These trips are filled with anticipation and fun.

We rode in to look at Bahia real estate and began by walking along the malecon.

We stopped at La Piedre Hotel. Numerous homemade ice cream banana splits were consumed!

Here is the first Bahia house for sale that we viewed. The price was much lower than you can imagine.

Then we moved upscale and visited this grand Bahia house for sale.

and a grand entrance hall of exotic wood and marble.

Plus a marble staircase leading…

to the second floor. And a staircase of wood leading…

to the master bedroom and sauna.

Six bedrooms altogether…five bathrooms…pool…sauna…huge kitchen…pool room….wood paneled office…lots of exotic hardwood cabinets, doors and much more.

More marble and exotic wood than you can imagine…all just a block from the beach.
